Ballast Point Capital LLC recently closed on the acquisition of a 20,546 square foot office building located at 12360 66th Street in Largo. Known as 'Smart Sixty-Six,' the single-story building sits on 2.1 acres and provides office space--both private and shared--for approximately 60 tenants working in the fields of technology, art, professional services and entrepreneurship.

The seller, McMercer LLC, purchased the property in 2008 and converted the building's use from a vocational school to office space, making it a popular hub for local business.

Representing both parties in the transaction was ICORP Realty LLC, a boutique brokerage based in downtown Tampa that specializes in commercial and residential real estate.
